A vegan alternative to yogurt and granola!
- 1 banana
- 1/2 a ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup raw almonds soaked in water overnight
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 small handful coconut flakes
- 2 tsp hibiscus powder
- 2 tsp honey/maple syrup
- chocolate chips
- Add everything (except the last three ingredients) to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pop this lovely gray mixture into the fridge for 20 minutes or so to chill.
- Garnish with granola, raspberries and chocolate chips.
